They provide a wide range of services that are in constant development to meet the ever changing needs of young people. Examples are, employment skills and training that provide young people with the support they need to help them acquire the knowledge and skills to secure employment. These include basic skills, training, employability training, work based learning qualifications and traineeships.
The innovative and creative opportunities offered to young people include the following:
- Skills, Education, Employment and Enterprise Academy
- Creative Industries Academy
- Sports and Healthy Living Academy
- Vulture Design & Upcycling
Randomz have also developed a Mentoring programme that provides 1:1 support for young people who are on the verge of or have been excluded from mainstream or alternative education providers. There are different mentoring packages available that have been especially developed for young people to be able to access. Again Sport is used as the main engagement tool to allow staff to offer young people the most appropriate support. Levels of support will vary according to the needs of the young person.
